We use the services of reliable carriers to deliver your products anywhere in Australia and the rest of the world. All of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Knoxfield, Melbourne, Australia.
How to Leave Special Instructions/Order Notes
On your Shopping Cart, in the bottom left corner, right below the Subtotal, there is a button that says "Add Order Notes". Click that button and it will expand a box where you can enter your notes or special instructions for your order.
Australia Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard – We charge a flat rate of $7.95 incl. GST for all single item orders.
Free – Our policy for Free Shipping in Australia is all orders over $65 is free.
Express – We charge a flat rate of $12.95 incl. GST for all express orders. Express orders are all sent via Australia Post Express.
Our Domestic Carriers
We use various courier services to deliver orders around Australia. We select the courier based on the ‘best path’ of delivery. This means the best and quickest courier is selected for your delivery, depending on the strength of the courier companies’ network in your area.

We dispatch within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Transit times are considered after the item is sent.
Melbourne - 1-2 Business Days
Other Capital and Major Regional Cities in Australia - 2-4 Business days
Outer suburban and regional areas - 4-14 Business days
We send via Aramex Express for Orders to New Zealand. The lead time is 2-4 days from shipment.
We send via DHL for other international orders. The ETA ranges from 1-4 weeks depending on location.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
All shipping fees listed are non-negotiable.
All delivery times are given as a guide only and are in no way guaranteed by Axign Footwear or the carrier.
Once an item has been shipped, it is the buyer’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier in relation to the delivery of their parcel.
Once a parcel is accepted and signed for, it will be deemed to be delivered and will no longer be available to claimed under transit insurance.
If a parcel is damaged in transit, the receiver must reject the delivery and advise us and the shipping carrier immediately. We will process the replacement.
If a parcel is lost in transit, the buyer must let us know so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier. For international customers, we will arrange replacement of the order once the investigation has been completed.
