Yes you can! Our headquarters shop in Knoxfield, VIC, is now open from 1 Feb 2023.

We only accept card payments as we do not carry small change.

Yes we can! You can either refer to our size chart, email us for help or you can call us on our phone number for advice. All shoes and shoe companies follow different sizing trends and have different sizes for shoe lasts. We try to follow the standards as closely as possible.

The best thing you can do to help us assist you over the phone or email is:
a) Let us know the Brand and Size of a shoe you currently and/or frequently are wearing now.
b) Measure your feet in cm. Follow our sizing guide for instructions on how to measure your feet.

On your Shopping Cart, in the bottom left corner, right below the Subtotal, there is a button that says "Add Order Notes". Click that button and it will expand a box where you can enter your notes or special instructions for your order.

Yes, within 30 days if it is the wrong size you are entitled to an exchange. The claim must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and product must be returned to us along with tracking details. After that we are happy to exchange to the right size.

For whatever reason, if the product you purchased is not up to your standard or is simply not comfortable, you are entitled to your money back or an exchange within 30 days.

You can rest assured about the safety of your payment info. Your credit card information is not stored on our website at all and only processed by our payment gateways. We are currently using PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ZipPay and Afterpay who all use state of the art online payment security processing and protocols.

For Australians: In Melbourne & Sydney – 1-2 days, QLD, SA, TAS is 2-4 days delivery. Rural & WA is 3+ days delivery. NT is 7+ days. We ship via Aramex Couriers and Australia Post.

For international orders: 6-10 days via Australia Post International and DHL.
