If you require an exchange to a different size or different colour, we provide free exchanges. Simply email us your name, order number and request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we can only exchange to items that are listed as available/in stock on the website.
We are unable to do exchanges for international orders until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you require a return (i.e. unsuitable for you) simply follow the following steps:
- Post the item back to us at our headquarters using Australia Post or Sendle to:

- Record or a keep a copy of the tracking information.
- Send an email to email@example.com with: your name, order number, tracking information and request (Return/Refund)
- We should be able to issue your refund immediately after receiving all the correct information.
Terms & Conditions for Returns/Refunds
- Items are of a resellable condition (i.e. not dirty)
- Items are posted back in its original packaging
- Claim is made within 45 Days of Receiving
- Return postage is covered by the buyer
- Tracking number MUST be EMAILED to us when processing any return or exchange. If the tracking isn’t provided, this can result in delays.
- The original shoebox must be in its original condition and must not be marked with packing tape, label stickers, writing etc. as this will void your return.
- All of our products are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty
- In the event of a faulty item (due to manufacturing issues) we will resend a new replacement via express.
