Returns & Exchange

If you require a return (i.e. unsuitable) or exchange (i.e. ordered wrong size), simply follow the following steps:

  1. Post the item back to us at our headquarters using Australia Post or Sendle to:

  2. Record or a keep a copy of the tracking information.
  3. Send an email to help@axignfootwear.com requesting either a Return or Exchange
  4. Within the same email, please provide us with: your name, order number, tracking information and request (Return or Exchange)
  5. We should be able to issue your refund after receiving the correct information.

Terms & Conditions for Return/Exchange

  1. Items are of a resellable condition (i.e. not dirty)
  2. Items are posted back in its original packaging
  3. Claim is made within 30 Days of Receiving
  4. Return postage is covered by the buyer
  5. We cover any postage of subsequent exchanges or swaps
  6. Tracking number MUST be EMAILED to us when processing any return or exchange. If the tracking isn’t provided, this can result in delays.
